Program Leader – APMT Global Technology Operations 

Organized global strategic technology initiatives to establish the Gemini Cooperation (between Maersk and Hapag-Lloyd), integrating critical operational systems across the two companies.

 Served as as the primary Technology PMO point of contact for APM Terminals with partner shipping line Hapag-Lloyd.

Successfully delivered multiple sub-workstreams across 28 terminals worldwide and managed diverse stakeholders from initiation/planning through execution/control until go-live of the strategic project.
